With the right support, you can move from self-doubt to self-trust,
from burnout to balance,
from people-pleasing to authenticity.

Therapy is where that journey begins, and you don’t have to do it alone.

What could life look like with therapy?

Imagine waking up with a sense of calm and not dread.  You feel more in tune with yourself, able to notice your needs and respond to them with care instead of criticism.

You’re setting boundaries without guilt. You’re noticing old patterns, but instead of falling into them, you pause, you intentionally choose something different. Your relationships feel less like emotional landmines and more like safe, mutual connections. You begin to trust your inner voice. You start to feel like you, maybe for the first time.

This kind of growth is possible.

HOUSTON THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Bridey

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based in Houston, Texas, offering both in-person and virtual therapy across the state.

I am supervised by Crystal Collier, PhD, LPC-S. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally, and specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship struggles, addiction recovery, and family of origin issues. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, untangle old patterns, and move toward a more grounded, authentic life.

You won’t be met with judgment here, only curiosity and care.

I’m passionate about helping clients explore the impact of their upbringing without staying stuck in the past.

I help clients build insight into their patterns while also developing tools to cope and move forward.

Therapy with me is a blend of deep, compassionate listening with evidence-based strategies that actually help you create change.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.

If you’re hesitant about starting therapy, I understand, it’s a big step, and it’s an investment. Your mental and emotional well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s your foundation. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about finally having a space where you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. This work can be life-changing, and you’re worth that kind of care.

I offer both in-person sessions in Houston and virtual therapy across Texas.

When possible, I encourage our first session to be in person to help us build connection and comfort from the start.

✓ Central Houston Location

My office is located inside the loop at 5900 Memorial Drive with visitor parking.

✓ Flexible Telehealth

I offer virtual sessions using a confidential system that keeps our sessions between us.

✓ Schedule

I work 8am- 6pm Monday- Thursday, including early morning and evening sessions to fit your schedule.
